The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee reached the $200 million goal of its largest fundraising effort ever. The money will support student success, research excellence and community engagement. Fundraising will continue through June 30, 2019.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will celebrate the opening of the new Emile H. Mathis Gallery with an exhibit featuring some of the UWM Art Collection’s most prominent works, including pieces by Picasso, Rembrandt and Degas.
Students affected by Hurricane Maria and other natural disasters can apply to UWM via an alternative, indvidualized admissions process and potentially get in-state tuition for their first semester.
